ANTA officially enters the US market

Anta has finally taken a substantial step into the US market.




On the morning of February 27th, Anta officially announced its first collaboration with basketball superstar Kyrie Irving on the "Irving Generation" basketball shoe. From the images advertised by the brand, it appears that this pair of shoes is consistent with the shoes previously disclosed by some trendy websites. Earlier, Owen himself wore these co branded sneakers on a basketball court in the United States.




Interface News: Based on Anta brand news and public media reports, Anta Owen No.1 sneakers are priced at 899 yuan in the Chinese market and $125 (approximately 900 yuan) in the North American market. This sneaker will be launched simultaneously in both Chinese and American markets.




In the mainland Chinese market, this shoe will be the first to be released at the Palace level store in Anta Wangfujing at 11:00 am Beijing time on March 7, 2024. In the North American market, the Anta Irving No.1 sneakers will debut at Sneaker Politics, a trendy shoe store in Dallas, at 4pm Pacific Time on March 6th.




In January 2024, Xu Yang, CEO of ANTA brand, mentioned at a public event that ANTA brand plans to officially release its products in the United States on March 6, 2024. Based on existing information, Anta Irving's first generation sneakers should be the first iconic product officially launched by Anta in the US market.

According to the official news of Anta brand, the public can make an appointment to register for the first launch of Wangfujing Store through Anta WeChat official account. The registration time is from today to March 5, and a total of 1000 reserved places are open. According to regulations, after successful registration, consumers need to arrive at the designated time of the brand and scan the QR code to sign in and verify their identity before they can obtain the purchase qualification. As of the release of the interface news, the number of reservations for the first release of Anta Owen No.1 sneakers at Wangfujing store has exceeded 500, but the maximum number of registrations has not yet been reached.




Two days after the launch, on March 9th, the Anta brand will open designated stores worldwide to sell "Irving Generation" sneakers. In the mainland Chinese market, ANTA has designated six offline stores for sales, located in six cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Hangzhou, Xiamen, and Chengdu. Among them, the Beijing sales store is Anta Heshenghui SNEAKER VERSE fashion shoe specialty store.




At the same time, the official flagship stores of Anta Tmall and JD.com, as well as the Dewu app and Anta official website mini program, will also sell "Irving Generation" sneakers online. At present, these online platform homepages have also started to warm up this basketball shoe.
