The State Administration of Taxation will deepen cross-border services and better support opening up to the outside world.
Better cross-border investment services. Create the "Tax Road Pass" brand, launch four types of cross-border investment tax knowledge products including 99 "going global" tax guidelines, and provide targeted investment tax guidelines and tax dividend bills to more than 130000 cross-border taxpayers throughout the year, continuously improving the convenience of foreign trade and investment.
Take multiple measures to stabilize the basic situation of foreign trade and investment. Update and release the "Guidelines for Stable Foreign Trade and Stable Foreign Investment Tax Policies", which provides a detailed introduction to 51 preferential policies and sends a positive signal of continuous expansion of opening up to the outside world.
The scope of multilateral cooperation in taxation is broader. The "the Belt and Road" tax collection and management cooperation mechanism initiated by China has become increasingly influential, with 36 council members, 30 observers, 20 alliance members and 14 partners.
