In 2023, the annual operating volume of China Europe Express (Xi'an) exceeded 5000 for the first time.

Since the first train was launched in 2013, the China Europe Express (Xi'an) has achieved a leapfrog growth, with a total of 21193 trains operating in the past decade. Currently, 5139 trains have been operating this year, a year-on-year increase of 15.6%. Xi'an International Port Station has become the first station in China to operate 20000 China Europe trains, with an average of one China Europe train departing or arriving from Xi'an International Port Station every 100 minutes.

Over the past decade, the China Europe Express (Xi'an) has continuously optimized its network layout. 17 international trunk lines, including Xi'an to Almaty, Tashkent, Hamburg, Moscow, and the Caspian Sea, will be regularly operated to the west and north, covering the entire Eurasian continent. There are 21 "+Western Europe" consolidation lines, and railway sea intermodal transport scheduled trains from Xi'an to Qingdao, Ningbo, Lianyungang, etc. will be operated to the east. Interconnected trains will be operated to Vietnam, Laos, and other regions to the south, Realize the convergence and intersection of the East West Eurasian Land Sea Trade Corridor and the North South West Land Sea New Corridor in Xi'an.
